Getting rid of soda can save you around 150 calories per 12 ounces that you drink. Those that drink a very large amount of soda like a two liter can consumer as many as 800 calories for each one that they drink. That is around a pound and a half a week.

I had never had an iced coffee before the beginning of this summer. My sister came to pick me up to go out shopping and she had brought me an iced coffee. Once I had that first one, I was completely hooked. I quit drinking soda altogether and now I am a regular iced coffee drinker.
